These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the bh555 online gaming platform at bh555.org. By registering an account or using any bh555 service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in full.

bh555 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. bh555 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

bh555's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the claim.
bh555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: violation of any provision of this Agreement, suspected fraudulent activity, non-compliance with identity verification requirements, or regulatory instruction from PAGCOR.
You may close your bh555 account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any verified remaining balance net of bonus funds will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be addressed through bh555's internal customer support process. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as restricting any statutory rights available to you as a consumer under Philippine consumer protection legislation.
bh555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via notification in the bh555 account dashboard and/or to the registered contact details on file. Continued use of the bh555 platform following the effective date of any amended terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
